Their half: the invoice they get
INV-0028 for Brightway Dental: three backflow tests at $120 and the inspection report, $445. Sent 6 September, 31 days late.

Two halves of one record.

For centuries, debts were kept on tally sticks. A stick was notched for every amount owed, then split down its length: one half for the person owed, one for the person who owed. When the halves were held together, the notches had to match.

Jottally keeps your tally the same way. The record you keep in the app and the invoice your client gets are two halves of one thing, and they always match, line for line.

Jottally’s Who owes me screen on the Late filter: Brightway Dental 31 days late, Maria Gonzalez 12 days late and Lakeside Café 4 days late, $2,305 in all.

Open the app. See who owes you.

The first screen is the list that matters: everyone who owes you money, oldest first, the late ones in red. No dashboard to read, no report to run.

one tap to call, email or pay

An invoice in a minute, from the driveway.

  1. Step 1 of 3

    Tap in the price.

A keypad, not a form. Type the amount, add a line if there’s more, pick when it’s due: on receipt, 7, 14 or 30 days.

  2. Step 2 of 3

Or hold the mic and say it.

“Kitchen tap, two hours at eighty.” Let go, and the line fills itself: the work, the quantity, the price. Your words are turned into text on your iPhone wherever it can.

  3. Step 3 of 3

    Send it.

A clean PDF with your logo, tax number, signature and seal, and a tear-off payment slip. Send it by Messages, email or anything else on your phone.
